A classic IPA where tones with a modern choice of hops are well balanced with a malty backbone, your typical old school IPA. You can expect interesting tropical and stone fruit tones from the El Dorado hops, backed with Citra.
Origins of Hammerhead Brewing Company
The name “aviator” has its origin from when it all started back in 2007 in the US, where a young pilot student had a taste of the local craft brew in Florida, that would change his view of beer and eventually lead to the start of Hammerhead Brewing Company.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Deep golden to orange colour, large and creamy white head. Aroma of oranges and other citrus fruits, a hint of caramel. Medium dry flavour with well balanced hops, hints of oranges again, sufficient malts.
