On tap at Sacred Profane Brewing in Biddeford, ME.
This one pours a dark amber color, with a fluffy head and lots of lacing.
This smells super toasty and nutty, with some floral hop character.
I’m not sure if they’re brewing this specifically at this point, or if it’s just a blend of Pale and Dark – whatever the case, I really enjoy this. It’s really toasty and nutty, with some wheaty and bready sweetness, with just a hint of floral hop bitterness on the back end.
This is creamy, rich, and super drinkable.
I absolutely love this, and just generally the whole ethos of this brewery.

No can date.
The pour was too big- 5 or 6 fingers which finally resolves to a 2F head.
Aroma is mild- malty which is similar to the taste which is quite lackluster.
Smooth MF and light body.
Overall: ok. I’ve tasted excellent lagers from the brewer. This isn’t in the same class.

Thanks, Chris!
A clear amber with a dense light brown head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is soft, creamy, roasty, toasty, lightly lemony from hops. Lovely toasted bread. The palate opens clean and with a blend of toasted wheat bread, lemon and light cocoa. Toasted grain, wheat on the mid palate. Drying, soft finish. Lovely.

Huge, multi-fingered head, requiring two pours. Limited streaks and spots. The liquid is dark brown where light shines through the center. Clear.
Brown bread and caramel first smell. Slightly sweet. Some cereal to the nose.
Approaching a brown ale in taste but I pickup some burnt malt and stronger hop bitterness. Plenty of carbonation to the moderate body. The finish is similar to a west coast IPA (dry and bitter) with some lingering darker malt balancing the brew.
