Cloudy, apricot color. Lasting head but nearly no lacing.
The smell reminds me of a plum jam.
Dry and lightly boozy. There’s a sherry flavor. The hop starts soft but becomes stronger by the swallow. The body is full and the carbonation neutral. The finish becomes a bit sour. The bitterness lasts longest in the aftertaste.
