Copenhagen 1/3 2019. 33 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. Not surprisingly a Green Galaxy hovering over Christianshavn and Christiania. Brewed at Svaneke Bryghus.
Pours hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Very moderate lacing. Aroma is spicy, sharp and with a musty herbal odor that might be the hemp. Caramel, tart fruit and biscuit.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a quite strong, herbal bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Linger for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
I am not very much into the Herbal stuff but this is actually a decently bitter brew.
