Pours a clear dark amber with thick, tan head.
Smell is rich, malty and bready. Notes of rye bread, leather and raisins with some sweet and floral hints.
Taste is rich, malty and a bt sweet. Notes of rye bread, pepper, leather, raisins and caramel with some floral hints. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall,a terrific dunkel, drinkable and rich.
