This single hop IPA is made using New York grown Cascade hops. Aromatic and hoppy with lots of bright stone fruit notes! Finishes with a wonderful light but dank bitterness.

Can purchased and drank at Hollerhorn Distilling in Naples, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly grassy and herbal, with orange and mango.
This has a nice herbal bitterness that I enjoy. It’s appropriately juicy for the style, but there is definitely a nice crispness on the back end.
This is medium bodied, semi-creamy, with a good drinkability.
This was a pleasant little surprise – I wasn’t sure what to expect.
