Pale yellowish brew with just a little haze, and plenty of fine-grained foam in the Maredsous goblet. Clean and sudsy with a pleasant aroma of grain and a touch of orange in the nose. It's supposed to be also brewed with jasmine green tea, lemongrass, and ginger and as it warms up the other flavorings make an appearance, though harmoniously.
Fairly sweet with honey coming through. Overall this is a quite a mouthful of fruity and spicy tastes. It seems like it gets sweeter and odder as you sip. Interesting variation on the Witbier theme, though. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market.

this is super summery and delicious, a cool take on a wit, and with some ingredients that make perfect sense in the style like honey and ginger, both of which are bold and natural, making this sweet and spicy alike, without too intense of a belgian yeast estery and phenol profile, and with a ton of citrus from the orange, including the oiliness and bitterness of the zest, its awesome. there is also lemongrass and green tea in here, herbal and floral and awesome with both the delicate belgian yeast and the sweet juicy orange. some definitely heat from the ginger, authentic for sure, refreshing and clean by the finish, a nice freshness to the wheat and the lemongrass, and more complexity than i am used to in the style. the restrained yeast profile makes a ton of sense, lets some of the other ingredients work their way up in the mix a bit. creamy feel, awesome carbonation, nice and dry, lathery feeling, and fruity and summery and fun. i could drink a ton of this one. all the beer in here was killer, highly recommend a visit! i am sure these guys will be on the map before too long with beers this unique and well executed!
