From the 330 ml. bottle. Sampled on August 10, 2016.
The pour is yellow and carbonated leading up to a lasting fizzy white head.
Modest aroma of Belgian toasted malt, Belgian yeast, vague coriander, slight banana, and green grass.
Light body for the most part.
Same toastiness in the taste but there is a sharper pepper or sage-like spice bite to finish it off. I might have liked more orange or lemongrass characters.

Hazy straw color. Plenty active. Yeast bits settle at the bottom of the glass. So far, so good.....
Sweet and sour fruity nose with subtle wheat and big tang. Complex and interesting aroma.
Feel is light and effervescent. Becomes smooth ....man, this style is soooo refreshing. Very Champagne ish.
Flavor is very light, with herbal. Sour fruit, lots of wheat. Complexity low, but still interesting.
Pretty spot-on stylistically.

Bottled June 30th 2015.
Pours a clear straw yellow with, at first, a massive head of foam. Subsequent pours showed a tamer foam presence.
I get a lot of oranges and Coriander in the smell.
Tastes of oranges and Coriander with a bit of earthiness and quite on the dry side. Good showing for a year old bottle, me thinks.
Light bodied with mild carbonation.
Another fine beer from Dupont. Love to try a fresher bottle of this.

Foret Blanche smells like the offspring of a saison and a wit with the wit spiciness tamped down a little and augmented with a little saison spice with a very faint funk with orange notes. It pours hazy straw under a bone white finely bubbled 2” persistent foam cap. It’s a creamy palate with a light bread malt backbone delivering light fruit that goes through orange and lemon phases as it traipses across the tongue. By mid palate the orange introduces a slight tangy note becoming more lemony in the finish and aftertaste. Very effervescent and very refreshing – medium bodies but light on its feet. Foret has that damn green bottle and every third or fourth one is skunky.
