440ml can from The Oak Barrel, Sydney. I think it was $8 or $9 AUD....receipt wasn't itemized.
5.9% ABV. Malted with Australian Voyager malt. Hopped with Perle, Mittelfruh, and Hersbrucker.
T: Doughy with obvious bready yeast character...moreso than I'd expect in a festbier. Big bready malts make it a filling brew. Honeyed sweetness. Some husky graininess. Attenuation could be better...drinks a biteen on the sweet side for a beer whose purpose is to be quaffed by the litre at festivals.
Drinkable but not terrific for the style.
