Surfers is a modern, almost tapas-style Chinese restaurant in downtown Stockholm.
Vibe is mellow and laid back, a bit dark but colorful.
Beer selection is quite basic at first, with some standard lager. However, one of the guys who works here imports beer himself, so they have some very interesting stuff if you ask. They also have a quite unique drinks list.
Food is absolutely stunning. Everything tastes amazingly, spicy but not overpowering. The suggestions from the staff are spot on as well.
And the staff. Just wow. Everyone is super friendly and passionate about their stuff. The beer guy (Ludde?) in particular came across as a funny, incredibly knowledgeable guy. Had the food just been good, the service alone would be worth coming back for.
Overall, a fantastic place, with superb food and unbelieveable service.
