Yields a light brown color with a one finger broad beige head.
Its aromas offer an intriguing interplay between caramel malts, dusty oak and slightly fermented grains among leathery barnyard funk.
Has a light body with a sparkling, stony carbonation.
Tastes of rustic, grain forward caramel which collides with bitter limes and gnarly oak. Its sweet malt foundation remains, while the beer tries to establish a cheese and apple peel forward tartness at the same time. Its finish, as a result of this unsuccessful interplay, turns quite unbalanced with the different flavors being unable to align.
Not a brown ale, neither a lambic, this marriage is not very enjoyable.
