Cavernous taproom a bit north of downtown. Straight service bar opposite the entrance in the back left corner. A dozen or so table near the bar and more on the other side of the room. Pool tables and arcade games a plenty. 10 beers on tap, 6packs to go. Friendly bartender.

----Update----
After a few visits now, this is just an average brewery, if that. Walked in, and no service at the bar for a good 10 minutes or so, I get it, got to get things done. Though if the place is open, need to have someone up front at least. Had a Munich Dunkel that was very average, and a Pale Ale that was oddly soapy. Would rather have the guest taps from True Anomaly, so that says something. The loud warehouse vide is still not my thing either. At least they had proper glassware this time though.

Bad Astronaut has just opened their taproom. They have distributed around town and I have seen six pack in some stores recently. This is a big open warehouse like taproom. Lots of space, that is wide open. Seems like it will be in the Brash and Eureka Heights vain, and that old school Houston brewery warehouse vibe. I can't say I have ever been the biggest fan of that set up, but far from bad, though come the summer time I won't be coming here. Lots of TV's, and tons of stuff like pool tables, shuffleboard, foosball. Service is prompt and knowledgeable on the goings on. Six pack cans to go.

A fairly straight forward tap list so for...with the odd "cookie beer" thrown in. Though a simple Pilsner, Helles, and IPA are all decent. Nothing was particularly exceptional. Though I could drink all those again, which is better than some breweries around. So far, everything is served in a plastic cup, sorry, but if you are charging $7 for a pint, give me a glass. I don't care if you are still in early opening stages. Overall, an OK brewery to start. I might try some more beers when I find them around town, but can't say I'm really looking to come back to the taproom.
