Copenhagen 3/9 2023. 50 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. The can looks like satin noise from a messed up tv-signal with a black cross with the name of the beer.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin puddle of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe, lightly fermented stone fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Whoiff of petroleum. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light touch of fermented fruit. Aftertaste is bitter with a searing streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasantly potent NEIPA with a searing streak.
