Copenhagen 11/9 2023. 50 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A lot of golden dancing Cats inside the logo of Ten men on the black can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized lightl beige head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet sugary and slightly candy-like odor. Sweet milk chocolate, syrup, brown sugar and honey. Lactose. A bit of bitter dark chocolate to balance things.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by as medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet but with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish Is rather dry.
Heavy sweet but with a redeeming streak for dark chocolate bitterness.
