Pours opaque murky reddish brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Disappears completely after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, candy-like odor mingling with subdued sour notes. Sugarcoated strawberries, sweet biscuits, banana and walnuts. Sour cranberries and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a light tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while. Finish is sugary.
More “Pastry” than “Sour”.
