Copenhagen 24/5 2023. 50 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop Black can with a monstrous slice of Cheesecake gobbling up a pear.
Pours opaque murky golden orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet candy-like sweet odor mingling with a tart, citric scent. Sweet cake, white sugar, ripe pear. Tart unripe berries and sour milk.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, creamy, lightly tingling texture. A bit sticky.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour yogurt. Lingers for a while. Finish is kind of dry.
Manages to be impressively sweet and sour at the same time.
