(Formerly Rice Crispi Boi), is a Toasted Rice Kolsch Ale. This supreme crusher has lovely aromas of lightly toasted rice, bright mandarin citrus, and sweet agave. The taste is fresh citrus up front that fades to a smooth, lightly sweet finish balanced by a light hop bitterness. At just 4.3% and 25 IBU you could drink about a million of these.

Crystal clear within my old hand-blown pilsner glass. It is straw gold with 1/2" of fine white head that slowly diminishes by half before holding for the duration. Random small bubbles of carbonation race to the top. One distinct ring of lace marks the upper limit while small patches are scattered in the field below.
The aroma is crisp and clean grain, followed by a light touch of apple. Warmth releases mild hop perfume.
Again, the grains are crisp and clean, perhaps more focused due to the dryness of the beer. And lots of grain there is. The hop bitterness is mild, showing up middle to end of each sip. The finish is long and mildly astringent. Warmth is modestly beneficial.
A light body, with no noticeable alcohol. The texture is similar to tissue or maybe light gauze. Carbonation is light and spritzy.
This is a good drinking beer, suitable for a session of unwinding after a long day. I found it also works well with fish fry.
