Made with 100% malt with Murmuration Malts, this cream ale is full of bright citrus with notes of wildflowers, hay, and melon.

On tap at Okay Beer Co at West Main Lanes in Honeoye Falls, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like light citrus, sweet graininess, and some lemon.
Every Western NY brewery needs to do a cream ale, and Okay Beer Co does one pretty. It’s got a nice spicy bite on the end, some herbal hop character, and a bready and slightly grainy sweet malt backbone.
This is light bodied, clean, and crisp, with a very nice drinkability.
This is highly enjoyable, and one of their best beers.
