This American style pale ale pulls its unique flavor and bitterness from Chinook hops and caramel malt, giving it a subtle sweetness and medium body. All together it’s an incredibly refreshing and hoppy beer.

Pours clear, light amber, with a short-lived, off-white head. The head dropped from one half inch to a thick and loose blanket within less than a minute. Occasional fine carbonation is random as is casually ascends within a thick glass mug.
The aroma has sweet floral malt and faint hops. I found it to be quite nice in its simplicity.
Bitterness upon entry allows faint sweetness. The flavor seems to have no relationship to the aroma, as it is mildly astringent and lingers through an endless finish. Warmth eventually reveals biscuit malt. A modest prickle of carbonation pervades the medium body and soft wool texture. Alcohol is as expected.
I found this one to drink more like a Blond Mild than Pale Ale. It is a decent drinking beer that would benefit well if the aroma carried into the flavor. I enjoyed it with Jarlsburg cheese and elk sausage. Much thanks to Dave.
