A crisp, classic Kolsch that evokes light floral notes from German noble hops and a hint of fruitiness from the cold conditioning on Kolsch yeast.

Sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can poured into my stange. No date stamp on the label or can.
Picked up at a beer shop in central Pennsylvania.
The beer pours a very clear and light straw gold sort of a champagne color. Fluffy bleached white head of 4 cm foams up in the glass and recedes slowly with some scattered lattice on the sides.
Beer is a light gold in the glass with several VERY actives streams of carbonation. There is only the slightest hint of haze that I can detect visually.
Aroma is some biscuity malt and floral honey notes with hints of lemon in the background. The floral honey is dominant, but the nose overall is not overpowering.
First sip reveals a light body with tingly carbonation and smooth texture. Beer drinks very easily, as it should.
Flavor is similar to the nose with some biscuit grains and then a bit of the sweeter floral note and finish is very dry. The dryness also has hints of bitterness, but this is also not overwhelming, sort of lingers after the swallow.
The dryness does encourage me to take another sip, again and again. Soon my glass is empty.
This is an enjoyable take on the style that I totally grabbed on a whim. I would buy it again.
