Mostly clear straw with light effervescence and a thin white cap that leaves clumpy lacing.
Mild aroma of distant cornbread and even more distant apple.
The taste has a little more apple cider character, but it’s not too intense, balanced out by some fairly strong sulfur and mineral water. Light bitterness in the finish.
Medium bodied with strong scraping bubbles.
Thirst quenching. Otherwise pretty middle of the road. Rated to style.
