Dark as night. Well balanced roasted malt body with a generous helping of Centennial, Chinook, Citra and Magnum hops. It's a surprisingly easy drinking beer.

Pours a near-opaque blackish body with a creamy tan head. Nose is a mix of west coast hops and roasted coffee. Tastes great. Well balanced between sweet and bitter. The roasted malts bring caramel and sweet cacao and the hops bring the bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium and smooth. If not for the hop bill I would suspect it to be a schwartzbier lager. Very easy drinking and a low ABV for this style. If you're looking to try this underrepresented style, Big Black Bark at Bricktown Bierhaus is a great option.
