2025 re-review. New brewing system installed since the last batch. Had on tap at the brewery.
Nice transparent blonde coloration with ample carbonation and a lingering head. The nose has typical Belgian notes. Cloves, Bubblegum. The taste is nice and complex. You get the Belgian yeast but with that plenty of pleasantly light malt and hops. Nice thin to medium mouthfeel. Overall an enjoyable Belgian inspired ale.
