This is one for those who enjoy having their taste buds blown away by bitterness. The hop bitterness is what will strike you first. It is remarkable. But if you can get past that, there is a sweet malty flavor like doughy bread with hints of citrus fruits that will tickle your itch for a West Coast style IPA.
