On draught at the brewery. Served in a mug. It pours a crystal clear golden-straw color with a half finger cap of creamy, bright white foam and soapy lacing. The smell offers sweet grains and a slight whiff of citrus. Its taste opens bready and fairly sweet but is quickly balanced by surprising earthy bitterness. It has very good depth of flavor. The mouth feel is fairly creamy and well-bodied for the 4.9% ABV. Overall, Crickettown is a well-crafted, flavorful Cream Ale that is better than I anticipated.

Had on tap at the brewery. Great looking, transparent yellow body with ample carbonation. Grainy nose, Maybe some grass. Not overly sweet like some cream ales. Definitely carries a nice bitterness to it despite the lower ABV. Closer to an adjuct lager. Super crushable session beer. Nice lighter option amongst the tap list.
