They call this a White IPA. Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Aroma of citrus and apricot. Plentiful spritz on the tongue. Quite sweet and thick in body. Tastes of orange with a winey finish. Moderate bitterness at most. Quite hoppy but more of a strong ale. Rather tangy to make the sugar less oppressive. This is quite drinkable in a strong beery style that doesn’t fit easily into any particular category. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at the tasting room in Cat City.
