Basic, unremarkable IPA. Red orange color. Flavor is rather weak, equal parts apple juice and hop, mainly the bitter notes. Mouthfeelis decent, fizzy.

Clear pour, modest head. Nose is piney with a mild fruit background. Taste is very WCIPA style with a dominate bitterness matching the hop flavors and continuing with a dry feel, light piney body and long finish. The malt base adds body and smoothness and only a hint grain. ABV is a very drinkable 6.7%.
Overall, a very well-produced WCIPA and able to hold its own in a crowded field.

16oz can from Newport Avenue Market. Clear golden pour, big, frothy white head. Gentle citrus, piney aroma, hoppy. Taste starts with caramel and pineapple, sweet, light citrusy notes with a smidge of hop resin at the finish. Smooth and tasty.

Pint at the Westside Taphouse in West Salem Oregon.
$7.00.
Nice traditional WCIPA looks. Burnt orange , clear body .small white head. Great lace.
Floral hops aromas mainly. Some pine and caramel malts.
In the taste there is more citrus hopping. Orange peel and grapefruit.
Mouth feel is really nice for style. Medium body with good carbonation to match.
A really nice IPA.
Top tier I think.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and piney hops, grapefruit, orange, pine and mild mixed stone fruit. Flavor is pale malt, pine needles, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine and light mixed fruit and mild caramel. Moderate citrus rind and pine bitterness in the finish with light astringency. Medium bodied with light to medium creaminess, nice mouth feel. A quite nice WC style IPA with the expected citrus and piney notes dominating. There is a light astringency to the finish, but most of the flavor is nicely balanced between citrus and pine with hints of other fruit. The mouth feel is great. Nice introduction to the brewery. Will try their Wintertime IPA in a few days.

Beautiful crystal clear tan/yellow with a thick/soapy head, long retention and great lacing.
The smell is divine citrus with a nice pine underneath and a hint of grape.
The taste highlights the fresh pine flavor with a hint of grapefruit and a slightly bitter, lingering finish that shows off the nelson.
The mouthfeel is medium body and medium/low carbonation.
Overall, an excellent WCIPA with a great choice of hops that play well together.
