Colour is clear gold with a white head. Nose is lemon pith, cut hay and alfalfa, and honey cream. The palate is full, bright and loaded with lemon zest, kumquat and malty goodness. The mid palate gets lightly bitter and the finish is long for the style and laced with white peach skin, lemon curd and jasmine flower.
