Canned 3 Feb 25. Pour is an attractive straw-yellow with a modest head and light lacing. Catch a dose piney aromas right as the can is opened. First sips show great promise - clean hop taste and on-point bitterness, with an overall dryness. Very nice, long, finish. Exactly what the WCIPA style aims to capture. Flavor of pine wood, floral and a touch of dankness. If you're still not sure what a WCIPA is, this one will set you right.

Can from Mongers.
A clear orange with a dense ,off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is excellent. Bright, pungent, clean, fruity with lots of Mosaic fruit character and nice jammy Strata along with some pine. The palate opens squeaky clean and bitter,a throwback to the heyday of WCIPA, with an unapologetic bitterness to go with the rich fruit and pine character. Drying, bitter, pungent, clean finish, long lasting and lingering with fruit, and mild pine. Excellent.
