Canned 3/30. Pour is a bright, lightly hazy, yellow-amber with a tight off wjte head. Nose is fruity with a bit of grass. Taste is a well-hopped IPA with clean, assertive flavors combined with a smoothness on the tongue. No harshness or off-flavors at all. Medium dryness, but stops short of any sweetness. Malts start coming in on the finish. A very nicely put together IPA, very enjoyable ax a "sipper" or matched with a summer salad and savory sandwiches. Just 6.2 ABV.

Attractive yellow-gold body with a hint of haze. The pure white foam head lasts almost halfway down the glass and leaves good lacing. The nose is mostly citrus on a bed of blueberries and slightly sweet and toasty malt. Soft floral character comes through as the beer warms. The flavor leans towards citrus, with lemonade and lime Skittles (yum!) dominating. Thankfully, this is not a sweet IPA. The middle shows light malt redolent of multigrain crackers, and some tropical fruit shines through. The finish is tangy citrus shaded with tasty woody/floral spiciness and gentle bitterness. (Side note: While I have no particular desire to revisit the IBU wars of the early 2000s, I do wish modern IPAs had more bitterness.) The body is lean, with lively carbonation. Overall, a most pleasant pint on this mild and breezy PNW spring afternoon.
