Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Lovely aroma of melon and citrus. Lush and spritzy on the tongue with a light body. This is so fruity-tangy and delicious! Flavors of honeydew melon and lime peel. The bitterness is certainly there, but the flavors shine through. this is a nice surprise since I've just started seeing Uprise beers in western Washington. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 3/13/26 so it's plenty fresh.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a three sample flight whilst in Spokane for work. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The beer was good and had typical west coast IPA smell and taste. Overall it is a great beer.

16oz tallboy can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA. According to the label, it was canned on January 7, 2024.
Poured into a pseudo-IPA glass, it was a clear, golden amber color. The clarity was absolutely tremendous. Big, sudsy, bone-white head. Tons of lace.
Aroma of fruity hops and bready malts, very much in that order.
Really nice modernWCIPA flavor. Grapefruit flavors are present, but so are some stonefruit and even a little viniferous tones. Finishes dry and a little crisp.
Medium bodied, with a lightly oily mouth feel.
Really nice west coast leaning juicy IPA. I could drink a lot of this. Uprise has become one of my favorite local breweries.

Poured from a 16 ounce can purchased at the brewery dated 1-9-24 into a tulip glass at 50 degrees.
Look- Pale straw, mildly hazy, sudsy white head, average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Grapefruit, mandarin, pine resin, slightly dank, floral, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Grapefruit, pine resin, peach, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, moderately bitter, moderately dry finish, mildly creamy.
Overall- Nice West Coast IPA with a citrus and piney bouquet and flavor profile as expected. This beer delivered a solid drinking experience.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and piney hops, grapefruit, lemon, pine and a little dankness. Flavor follows, with pale malt, citrus and piney hops, grapefruit, mixed citrus, pine and mild dankness. Fine piney and citrus rind bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A tasty West Coast style IPA with lots of citrus and pine character. From the hop bill, I'd expect more mixed fruit notes, but there's enough citrus here to make up for it. Like the piney finish. A solid IPA offering from this newish brewery.
