they nailed this, beautiful and refreshing, well refined, summery, not the least bit sweet for being so obviously fruity, and just an exceptional take on the style overall, love the relaxed sourness and its cleanliness, i love the guava not being corrupted by a host of other tropical fruits like it so often is in modern american kettle sours, and i love the sale element drying out the back end while allowing it to still be juicy, just fantastic, and maybe the best uprise beer ive had so far, darn near it anyway, courtesy of my homie bringing a single pint can back from his travels, cool label art on it too. some haze and dullness on the pour, a little bit unassuming really, but bubbly and heady and all that, kind of pale orange and a little bit pink at the same time, subtle really, wheaty looking more than anything else. the is mouthwatering with the juicy tart guava and tidy lactic pucker, lemony and a little orangey too to me, dry earthy grain, high minerality, neat salinity is obvious from the salt, tight and bright and summery, subtle wet concrete, real peppy guava, not sweet. the flavor is similar, nice slow, consistent tartness but still a total drinker, id have pint after pint of this without any belly fatigue, perfect sour level for where i am at right now. the guava presents as real, unforced, and it stands well on its own, piquant in its own right, inviting, tantalizing, nice with the floral coriander thats also tastefully dosed, salt starts past the middle and quickens the second half, nice juicy recall after each sip, guava and white wheat malt together, could be unmalted wheat in this maybe too, it has a bit of body, stays dry and low alcohol which i love, and the minerality and high carbonation are both ideal for this. the simplicity is brilliant in some ways, its not overdone, and the attention to detail is high, very expertly done for a brewery i dont really know as a sour house. borderline elite, cant wait to drink this one again, perfect summer session sour, they should be proud of this one, splendid!

Poured from 16oz can into a glass mug. Canned 7/9/25.

Appearance: pale yellowish-pink hue with a moderate haze and a head of frothy white foam atop.

Smell: tart, with a nice, earthy, tropical aroma. The guava is nicely balanced. A solid fruit gose.

Taste: there’s a light maltiness and a dash of salt to go along with the tart-ish guava. I actually appreciate that it is not TOO tart — it’s got a good balance for the style.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: a tasty and refreshing fruit gose. Throw in the low ABV and the restrained tartness, and I could drink this all day on a hot summer day like today.
