A 22 ounce draft pour into an oversized shaker pint at a tap house.
Appearance- Medium gold, white frothy head, slightly hazy, average head retention, slightly below average lacing.
Aroma- Slight citrus, slight peach, weak strength of scent.
Flavor- Clementine, peach, papaya, between weak and medium strength of flavor.
Mouthfeel- Medium body, average carbonation, moderately bitter, moderately creamy, mildly mouth warming, mildly mouth coating.
Overall- Medium gold and slightly hazy with average head retention and slightly below average lacing. The bouquet had slight notes of citrus and peach with a weak overall intensity. The flavor was a mix of clementine, peach and papaya that was pleasant, but still lacked strength. The mouthfeel consisted of medium body, average carbonation, moderate bitterness, mild mouth warming/coating properties and no astringency. Overall, the mouthfeel was great, and the appearance was above average, but the lack of aromatics and flavor adversely affected this beer.
