Packed with Mosaic Cryo and El Dorado hops, this IPA features a yeast blend that combines our house juicy strain with a thiolized variant, intensifying the tropical notes that the hops provide.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a three sample flight whilst in Spokane for work. It poured a hazy golden with white head that left some lace. The beer was good and had typical hazy IPA smell and taste. Overall it is a great beer.

16oz tallboy can purchased at the source. Canned on January 8, 2026, according to the label.

Poured into my Precious Things Teku, this was an almost opaque, cloudy, yellow color, with a decent sized, creamy looking bone-white head. Lots of lace. Good looking beer, as hazies go.

Big, tropical fruit-like hoppy nose. Earthy and "mellon-y" notes as well.

Melon flavors higher in the mix in the taste than in the nose. Tropical fruit-like flavors are present as well. I also picked up a light sweetness that reminded me of honey.

Medium bodied, with a mouth feel that is more creamy than soft (a la most hazies), but is not less satisfying for it.

A decent hazy that I enjoyed sipping on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Like other reviewers, I'm appreciating that the whole Thiolized thing wasn't seemingly made the sole star of the show. I will definitely drink this again.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/19/24, so two months old at this point.

Appearance: light golden hue with a moderately heavy haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.

Smell: earthy, melon-ey, grassy, and just a little bit tropical, all with just the right amount of sweetness to support those aromas but not so much as to be cloying. A little different from most hazies, and I like it.

Taste: melon, maybe a little pear, and a bit of grass, underpinned with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Not your typical orange or tropical bomb, but I quite like it.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a pretty good carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: a really solid hazy! This is my first beer from Uprise, it seems … I’ll have to drop in the next time I’m in Spokane.

cool beer, very modern hazy, sick looking can, glad to see these guys finding their stride on the packaged beer side too, i enjoyed this a whole lot. the two yeasts is cool, love that the tiolized strain does its thing without being dominant, which i think a lot of brewers are learning that it really can be, the hops still define this, not the ferment, its neat that they cut it back with another prolific strain, best of both worlds for a hazy i reckon. cryo mosaic and el dorado hops hit a little different too which is cool, im finding more spice in the el dorado, not its usual melon and tangerine thing, although that juiciness is still present to an extent, the deeper, more earthy and late pungency is cool, a different side of this varietal. the cryo products always makes hops start early to my senses, like earlier in aroma and flavor journey than they otherwise would, earlier onset, longer middle climax, similar later properties most of the time, and thats the case here too, pineapple candy and grapefruit pith and zest up front, a nice freshness from it there and a high saturation point, like this is pretty darn bold from a dry hop perspective, but its not green to me, not forced, quick on the back end too, and none of the catty mosaic character. a little danky, a little tropical, exceedingly juicy, and with the grain well out of the way, wicked pale yellow in color, wheaty without having a lot of heft to it, but long and smooth while staying dry. the ferment is awesome, the hops are concentrated and sort of candied but pure and fresh, and this is really balanced, bubbly, drinkable, and dialed in. very impressive, a standout from a robust hazy ipa session i had with my brother in law this weekend! uprise is doing things! evolved and smart beer right here.

Poured from a 16 ounce can purchased at the brewery dated 1-9-24 into an IPA glass at 51 degrees.

Look- Medium straw, very hazy, no visible particulate, sudsy white head, average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Clementine, pineapple, pith, grapefruit, between medium and high strength of scent.

Taste- Pith, pineapple, clementine, grapefruit, weak strength of flavor.

Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, low bitterness, mildly creamy, mild astringency.

Overall- Nice appearance and very pleasant bouquet. The flavors were weak, but could have been really good had they followed the nose. The body was also thinner than expected with a small amount of astringency. Overall this beer provided an average experience, but with such a good appearance and bouquet it set itself up for an unfortunate letdown.
