Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops bring notes of papaya and tangerine, with a dank, piney aroma and a snappy finish.

Clear amber brew with adequate foam in the Orval chalice. Substantial malty mouthfeel with plenty of spritz on the tongue. Aroma of tangerine and peach. Flavors of apricot and more citrus with a grapefruit finish. Quite bitter aftertaste but still drinkable. Dated 03/16/26 so it's quite fresh. The 2026 version is Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe Cryo hops.

16oz tallboy can purchased at the source. According to the stamp on the label, it was canned on May 19, 2025. Probably should have drunk it earlier.
Poured into a 16oz glass, this was a clear, slightly dark golden amber color, with a big, pillowy, sudsy, bone-white head on top. Lots of lace.
Fruity, sappy, "joocy" hop aroma.
Flavor is somewhere between joocy and dank, and is redolent with tropical fruit flavors.
Medium bodied, with a mouth feel that is a bit soft for something labeled as a WCIPA.
A pretty tasty southern hemisphere-ish take on a WCIPA. Doesn't seem to have been adversely affected by sitting in my fridge for nearly 5 weeks. I'd hit it again, for sure, and I will, because I've got another in the fridge.
