16oz tallboy can purchased at the source. According to the stamp on the label, this was canned on December 5, 2025.
Poured into a 16oz glass, this was a beautiful, clear, straw color. Big, creamy looking off-white head that had a perfect conical butte look to it, took a while to settle and left tons of lace.
Sweet citrusy and fruity hop aroma.
Big, fruity, hop flavor up front. The taste reminds me of various sorts of stonefruit. Also some citrusy flavors present. Very slight malt backbone to this.
Big, resiny mouth feel.
This is something that a decade or more ago would have been called an IPA, but is now called an pale ale on account of it's relatively low abv. That's a shame. This should absolutely satisfy any hop head that appreciates southern hemisphere hops. I'd definitely hit this again.
