Easy drinking Oktoberfest, bready malt sweetness with a touch of roasted malt on the backend.

16 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson, SC - just up the road from the brewery.
Appearance, Amber colored body with high clarity and an exceptionally good beige head. Excellent.
Aroma. Excellent even though the (apparent) use of some Noble hops lend a grassy note I am not particularly fond of. Primarily, sweet medium malts with a hint of toffee and subtle spices.
Flavor. Even better than the aroma suggests. It's flavorful, harmonious and well balanced. Even the aftertaste is exceptional as it brings some appreciable suggestions of roasted nuts to this malty beer.
