Our version of this traditional lager holds true to its roots with Munich and dark malt bringing bread toast character with a reddish tinge.
Chinook hops used throughout gives balance with herbal, spice and grapefruit notes.

From the source in September 2022. Drunk in July 2023. I was at a family function while I drank this one so notes are perfunctory at best.
L: Scarlett brown with a frothy, off-white head. Mild carbonation in the glass.
A: Dark and bready malt that ends with a rich and tangy note.
T: Burnt brown toast. Bitter earthy hops. Really nice!
M: Smooth body, light carbonation. This one went down very smoothly and did not last long on the glass!
O: Really tasty. Great job by a small, local brewery!
