From the crowler in a snifter via the brewery. This solid little bock pours a
medium light clear mahogany with a decent had of off white foam that settles
to thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some faint lacing. Nose of toasted malts,
dark breaded malts, faint coffee, and brown sugars. Flavors hit the mark with
brown sugars, dark breaded malts, faint coffee, and dark cherry nuances. Mouth
feel is medium, medium light carbonation, and a smooth nicely balanced finish.
Overall, a solid little brew from a solid brewery!
