From the crowler in a snifter. This nice little quad pours a
medium clear copper color with modest head of white foam that
settles to a thin ring with a light clumping film. Nose of candy sugars,
subtle white pepper, light fresh bread, and faint Belgian spices of coriander.
Flavors lightly exceed the nose with Belgian candy sugars, light breaded malts,
faint white pepper, light coriander, and subtle rye hints dashed with dark cherry
nuances. Mouth feel is medium, light carbonation, and a subtly spicy finish.
Overall, a nice little American quad.
