Barley and wheat sourced from the Ottawa Valley area… This lager features prominent yeast flavours… Bubblegum sweetness mixes with bitter hops. Frothy head, somewhat murky body. Dry finish. Unlike most “czech pilsners” but still a tasty brew.

Can: Poured a clear yellow lager with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some light grainy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK lager but malt bill could be a bit more crisp and clean.
