Drinking this at The Buck Bald Brewery in beautiful downtown Murphy NC with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow amber with a nice off-white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly biscuity, floral and lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Cream Ale.
