Sure as the Sun will shine is a Bavarian Hefeweizen brewed according to the German Purit... nevermind.
The grist is 50% malted barley and 50% malted wheat, well accompanied by Hallertauer Tradition hops and fermented by a very interesting yeast strain, this beer is a fine example of a super classic and approachable German ale.
