Purchased fresh from the brewery in March 2024 and drunk a week or so later.
L: The beer is clear and light golden yellow, with a thin covering of white foam atop it. Large bubbles race up the glass.
S: Clean, light malts and floral hops. No cloying sweetness was detected, which is always a good sign for a lager!
T: Flavourwise, this is excellent. There's a clean, bready base, a liberal dose of earthy hops driving the bitterness towards medium and sitting nicely atop the malt base, and a dry finish. The bitterness lingers but is mild enough to encourage further sips.
M: The mouthfeel is smooth, with enough carbonic prickle to remind you you're drinking a beer.
O: This is an excellent lager - clean, bracing, very moreish, and one of the best local craft examples I've encountered.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
