Clear bright yellow brew with long lasting foam in the tumbler. Lively carbonation on the tongue. Estery nose. Quite hot with a robust Belgian yeasty taste. Sweet and warm with alcohol. Scratchy bitter edge with the long grainy flavors. Smooth and rich but with the tangy dry finish. Quite a decent example for slow sipping. From the 330 ml bottle purchased at Jumbo in Haarlem.
