Yields an entirely hazy, orange colored beer with a soon vanishing, small head.
Aromas are defined by fresh crushed grains, sweet apricot bonbons and floral, slightly spicy hops.
Got a well carbonated, lighter mouthfeel with a great, convincing refreshment to it.
Tastes of white bread dough, lime rind and mellow, slightly unripe, tart apricots. Develops a bright fruitiness then, entangled into tart yogurt and a stony, mineralic carbonation. Finishes with a riper fruit impression, a sudden, mellow softness and lingering limes, which adds a convincing bitterness to the aftertaste.
This is quite well done, with a nuanced sourness, gently balanced with a well integrated creaminess.
