Collaboration with lowercase brewing. An extra pale pilsner malt dosed with a heavy hand of rice sugar. Nimbly hopped with NZ hops moterka and cascade, then dry hopped with some flowers of NZ motueka

Sampling this 16 oz can poured into my .5L dimple mug. Canned on 3/9/2023.
The beer pours a clear straw yellow, almost champagne color with fizzy bleached white head of 3 cm, almost over topping my mug. This foam fades to a sturdy surface covering in my glass, and this remains throughout the tasting. The beer is slightly darker gold in the mug.
Aroma is very mild with hints of grain and some melon rindy hop notes. Not bold nose at all.
First sip reveals a light body and fairly thin texture, which is probably appropriate for the style.
Flavor is on mild side with a bit of grainy malt, hints of honey sweetness a nd again some rindy melon note. The hops linger after the swallow.
An easily crushable beer that seems to fit the style and is a good reward for my yard work this afternoon.
