Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt, flaked oats, and flaked barley, and hopped in the kettle with Citra Lupomax and Riwaka CGX, then fermented cool with Kölsch yeast and dry-hopped with Citra Lupomax, Nectaron, and Riwaka CGX.

A bit of chill haze in the nearly clear golden amber brew. Plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Light and spritzy on the tongue. Aroma of cucumber and lime peel. Light flavors of lime with a moderately bitter aftertaste. Quite aromatic as you sip. Fortunately, given the elaborate hop bill, this is still drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not dated.
