Clear golden amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Blanche de Chambly tall glass. Aromas of pear and honeydew melon. Light and spritzy body. Clean and peppery with a modest hoppy bitter edge. Just slightly sweet to bring out the fruit. Great green melon flavor. Overall this is quite delicious and juicy in a delicate way. Wonderful aromatics. This must be the best Pale Ale I've had this year. Another excellent brewery to try everything they produce. From the 16 oz can purchased at town & Country market in Shoreline.
