Bubble Bubble is our little rotating hopped pale ale brewed with a large amount of flaked and malted oats and fermented cool with our hoppy house ale strain. This version is hopped in the kettle with Cashmere, Citra, Motueka and Chinook hops, then dry hopped with even more Cashmere, Citra and Motueka.

Cloudy amberish stuff with adequate foam in the chalice. Pleasant fruity aroma. This is quite murky rather than oaty smooth like other Oat Pale Ales I've had. Seems like the New England version. Besides all the murk it seems way over-hopped. Light body but icky in the back of the throat with an unpleasant acidity and astringent aftertaste. Thanks but no thanks. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Date stamp illegible.
